The students at St Albans East Primary School have access to the most up to date networked computers and multi media facilities. The Information Technology Program is state of the art. A duel network of Macs, IPADs and PC’s is available in both classrooms and the multimedia lab. The network links classrooms to a vast variety of CD Roms, the Internet, the school library and much more. This program is more than software and hardware.
The children and staff use the latest software to develop digital portfolios. In the Prep-2 area a whole class digital portfolio is created. This celebrates the year the class has had and the developments children have made throughout the year as unique individuals and learners. In the 3-6 area children develop individual portfolios which illustrate their growth as a learner.

We believe learning is a life long process.
As such we value skill sets, concepts and strategies that cater for individual learning style and authentic curriculum content.
Teaching and Learning:
Our Multimedia teacher is Mr Van Taarling, he has been at St Albans East Primary School since 2007.
