First Steps Pre Prep Program

Starting PREP in the New Year? 

Our Pre-Prep program is a great opportunity for your child to become familiar with their school environment and to meet other children.

Our teachers will get to know your child’s individual needs to ensure they have the best start possible to school in 2025. 

The program will focus on your child’s:

Social and Emotional Learning - recognising emotions and practicing social skills.

Literacy - name recognition, letters of the alphabet
Numeracy - counting, reading and writing numbers
Fine Motor - using scissors
Problem Solving - puzzles, simple math problems, collaborative games and cooperation.

Familiarisation with school environment

Transition sessions for pre-prep students with confirmed enrolment acceptance, will commence:

Week 3 of Term 3 2024 - Parents/guardians will receive communication with further details.
