Principal's Message

Welcome to St Albans East Primary School.

Since 1956, our school has proudly served the local community and remains deeply committed to developing each child for an exciting and successful future. Set within attractive surroundings and modernised facilities, St Albans East is highly regarded for its strong focus on student learning and wellbeing.

We pride ourselves on our friendly, inclusive and community-focused environment. Our culturally diverse student population, representing almost 30 languages other than English, is one of our greatest strengths. This diversity is celebrated and contributes to the vibrant, respectful and tolerant culture that defines our school.

At St Albans East, we believe every child is entitled to the highest quality education, regardless of their cultural or family background. Our clear purpose is continuous improvement in all that we do, ensuring that every student has access to high-quality teaching and learning and is supported to reach their full potential. Our educational programs are designed to cater for individual learning styles and needs, supported by a strong commitment to the development of ICT resources to enhance student learning.

We are proud to host the Western Region Deaf Facility, supporting primary-aged Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, further strengthening our inclusive practices.

Our highly dedicated and energetic staff place student needs at the centre of their work. We also greatly value the contribution of our parents and wider community, continuing a strong tradition of partnership to provide the best possible learning environment for our students.
