Life Education is the largest, independent, Australian, health education provider for school children aged 5-13 years. Through their pre-school and secondary school programs, they also reach children as young as 3 years old and as old as 17.
They are a non-government, not-for-profit organisation that works with their partner schools to deliver essential curriculum-based lessons empowering children to make safe and healthy lifestyle choices that could impact on their futures.
All students will have the opportunity to visit the van and participate in a session covering a wide range of drug and health related topics, ranging from the human body and how it works, healthy eating and nutrition, medicines and drugs, bullying, resilience and social skills. Each student will also each receive a free workbook which will be used in class activities.
Life Education will be at St Albans East from Tuesday 26th to Thursday 28th March
